What information does Bold Industries collect and how do we use it?
At times we may request that you voluntarily supply us with personal information. Generally this information is requested when you register for an online service or when you provide information in connection with an online transaction.
- When you order, we ask you for your name, e-mail address, shipping and billing addresses, telephone number, and credit card information.

Return & Exchange Policy
Please open and inspect all merchandise upon receipt. If merchandise is broken or incorrect, contact us within seven days of receipt date. Contact the Customer Service Department at 203 334-5237 x105.
For merchandise return, contact the Customer Service Department at 203 334-5237 x105 for a Return Authorization Number. Without RA#, return merchandise will not be accepted.
All returned merchandise must be in the original box, including all parts, accessories, literature, and warranty information. Please write the RA# on the Packing Slip and enclose with the merchandise. If merchandise is damaged or original contents not returned, refund may be denied.
All merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee to be deducted from refund amount. Shipping and Handling Fees will not be refunded.
Merchandise may be returned the best way possible at the Customer’s expense. For your protection, Bold Industries recommends that the package be insured. Bold Industries is not responsible for loss or damage incurred during return shipping.
Please allow 15 business days from the date that merchandise is received for credit processing.
